• Build close partnership with the business unit to Identify and Explore areas of impactful analytics and operational opportunities to help drive Operational efficiencies and Cost Reduction.
• Establish a monitoring framework for business initiatives and ensure business unit is alerted in case of Issue.
• Support data requests and data analysis for Tax Audits.
• Develop advanced Data visualization and Insight driven Analytics.
• Post-launch monitoring: measure performance of features and programs post launch and report back to product and business teams.
