In this role, you will support Deloitte’s Learning Platform as a specialized administrator for the SABA Cloud LMS, assisting internal clients with system needs.
You’ll manage catalogs, sessions, and rosters while providing advanced administration and reporting services, ensuring client queries are efficiently addressed.
Handling inquiries about content and learning, you'll act as a resource, helping team members locate essential information and contacts within the learning system.
Support learning initiatives, conduct research, and meet timelines for deliverables, ensuring quality in all outputs.
Track system inquiries, redirect questions to appropriate resources, and participate in LMS testing for new features as required.
With basic knowledge of systems and processes, you'll engage in data gathering, analysis, and reporting, applying analytical thinking skills.
Working both independently and in teams, you'll exercise judgment in applying procedures, sometimes leading projects to collate and track data.
You'll collaborate with internal and external teams, fostering a network of contacts while contributing to Deloitte’s Global Talent objectives.
